疑助父洗錢 　黃季敏之子通緝到案20萬交保

【呂志明／台北報導】消防署前署長黃季敏經辦防災救難器材採購、維修，涉嫌收賄案，去年底被台北地檢署起訴求處無期徒刑後，其子黃郁升因涉嫌幫助父親洗錢，又滯留中國未歸，遭到北檢通緝。

日前黃郁升透過律師表達返台意願，今天自中國返回台灣，隨即被警方逮捕移送台北地檢署歸案，檢察官訊問後，以涉犯《洗錢防制法》，諭令20萬元交保、並限制出境、出海、住居。

據了解，黃郁升到案供稱，他原本在美國霍特商學院讀書，後來轉到中國上海分校繼續就讀，為了完成學業，才沒有及時返回台灣說明，而父親匯給他的錢，只供讀書及日常生活之用，至於檢調指控黃季敏將錢匯往日本、中國置產，黃郁升表示不知情。
