渡輪撞貨船　17死573人獲救

【綜合報導】菲律賓宿霧市外海昨晚有艘載運700人的渡輪撞上貨船，沉入海中，造成至少17人喪生，將近600名乘客獲救。
 
法新社報導，這艘渡輪約當地時間晚上9點撞上貨船，隨後沉船，菲國馬上出動海岸防衛隊與海軍前往救援。意外發生後3小時內，搜救隊救起了573人，並發現了17人的屍體。

渡輪乘客獲救，回憶事發情況仍心有餘悸。美聯社

在泰國使用手機通訊軟體Line的用戶要注意了，泰國警方傳出正在規劃監控利用即時通訊軟體Line發出「威脅國家安全」訊息的用戶，並已前往日本與此軟體的開發商會面。

根據《曼谷郵報》（Bangkok Post）報導，泰國科技犯罪防制處（ Technology Crime Suppression Division）主管皮西特（Pisit Paoin）表示，由於社群網站與媒體的流行，現在很多犯罪透過如臉書（Facebook）、推特（Twitter）與其他手機通訊軟體WhatsApp、Line等進行犯案，而警方已在上周派人前往日本與Line的開發商會面，並蒐集嫌犯資訊。

皮西特表示，監視通訊軟體用戶不會違反隱私權，因科技犯罪防治處有監督過濾訊息的軟體，可監督張貼威脅國家安全的關鍵字，例如政變、冒犯君主罪、君主制度、毒品、仿冒品、賣淫等。

他說，這個計劃目的是在保護政治、社會、國家穩定，維持國家和平秩序，保護泰國人的道德。他也指出，泰國現有1500萬的Line用戶，但相關單位並不會監督所有的用戶，只會監視那些使用社交媒體違法的人。

針對此事，他呼籲使用臉書的人不要「分享」威脅國家安全的貼文、或在貼文上點「讚」，因為如果訊息錯誤，卻有2到3萬的人按讚或是被分享，人們可能就會相信。

不過，泰國國家人權辦公室（Office of the National Human Rights of Thailand）主席阿瑪拉（Amara Pongsapich）卻認為，此項監視Line用戶的計劃可能會侵犯到人們的隱私。她表示，警方應該遵照國際隱私標準，因為許多社交媒體互動包含生活在泰國以外的個人。

遊戲簡介：
縱橫四海是一款以海盜冒險為主題的角色扮演遊戲，玩家要在遊戲中指揮海盜船，探索港口、募集船員、購買更強大的船，然後打開16個不同的冒險區域、16種不同的敵人以及4種不同的結局。

遊戲開始後會進入地圖模式，可以前去的目標有兩種，一種是探險區域，另一種是港口。在畫面的左方有玩家的狀態：

Hull：船隻血量
Crew：船員數
Morale：士氣
Reputation：邪惡度
Ration：糧食
Doubloon:目前資金
Weeks Remaining: 剩餘週數

Map：地圖，可前往各目標
Cargo:貨倉，可查看船上各種彈葯、裝備、珠寶、寶箱、藏寶圖
Trophies：獲得成就

在探險區域中玩家或遇到各種狀況像是特異天氣、島嶼、海怪、商船、海盜船、軍艦等等，當遇到海怪與船隻就可以進行作戰，作戰指令有幾種：

Cannon：一般大砲，無限彈數
Hotshot：火焰彈，可以讓敵船燒起來
Chainshot：鎖鏈彈，可以使海妖攻擊力降低，或攻擊敵人船帆
Grapeshot：霰彈，可以瞄準敵船員攻擊
Monkeypult：猴子進攻，可以攻擊敵船員
Parrot Bomb：鸚鵡炸彈，可有效削減敵船血量
Borad：肉搏戰
Flee：逃走

在地圖上點選港口可以進入整備畫面，在這邊玩家可以進行各項動作：

Trade Good：購買各項物資，並且可以賣出珠寶
Recruit：募集船員
Buy new ship：
Repair ship：修船
Visit The TAVERN：旅館可以提升士氣，也會有特殊事件
Visit xxxx：參觀XX場所，會有各種事件
Sack The Port：掠奪城鎮，之後就不能在進入此地

【王家俊／台北報導】行政院晚間發布新聞稿，行政院長江宜樺今天接見美國聯邦參議院外交委員會主席孟南德茲(Sen. Robert Menendez, D-NJ)一行時表示，我國的募兵制是兵役制度重大變革，只准成功、不准失敗，儘管最近有些風波，但會盡全力讓徵兵制轉募兵制在明年順利推動。

江揆強調，我國非常重視國家安全，因此希望美國能大力支持軍購案，我方會在有限預算中，確保未來幾年仍有充足的軍購經費。江揆重申，我方非常重視與美國的聯盟關係，將台美關係視為最重要的外交支柱。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】連續兩季戰績不佳，費城人隊終於忍不住，決定炒掉69歲的總教練曼紐(Charlie Manuel)，由已經入選名人堂的前小熊名將桑柏格(Ryne Sandberg)暫代教頭職位，在解除職位當下，曼紐教頭生涯剛好滿1000勝，另有826敗，勝率達到5成48。

曼紐從2005年起就接掌費城人兵符，2008年帶領球隊拿下世界大賽冠軍，2009年也拼進世界大賽，但輸給洋基未能衛冕，2007~11年間連5年在國聯東區排名第一，但去年僅以81勝81敗維持5成勝率，本季前120場戰績53勝67敗，勝率僅4成42。

Key Part除了指稱金額高的料件之外, 另外一個意義就是"無料可替", 當你在無料可替的料發生問題, 就算有幾百萬顆別的料在庫內你一樣要停線. 再說這幾百億庫存是些什麼東西, 外人根本霧裡看花, 天知道是for哪個機種的庫存, 搞不好根本就是幾百年前的庫存, 只要沒有消化,照樣認列幾百億在那裏. 講得誇張一點,你就算今天是一年前的料在倉庫裡消化不掉, 在財報上一樣是用當初購買的價格掛著, 即便事實上其價值已與垃圾無異. 再說不只是原物料,成品也是一樣的狀況. 如果今天倉庫裡有一隻Desire,請問他會在財報上價值多少呢? 在沒有做任何動作的情況底下, 他會是用當年市售的原價在財報上出現. 缺料問題有幾種可能, 一是用到產能不足的Key Part, 一是Forecast抓太保守,後來demand upside下急單交期不足. 又或者是供應商覺得你這個客戶不好, 可能是價格殺太低可能是量太小, 也可能是信用不佳又或者是壓榨供應商等等, 缺貨時把你的優先順序往後擺. 那要怎麼解決呢? 其實之前也說過, 就是 1.單純化產品線 2.平行共用料=>多用業界標準料 3.垂直共用料=>前後代多擺沿用料 4.精準的Forecast生產管理 5.提前備料 6.強化供應商關係 當然啦,說比做得容易, 例如說J版友說你怎麼不提前備料呢? 但是比較對象卻是Sony和Samsung, 對這兩家公司來說,今天大膽提前備料, 就算真的造成損失了,家大業大的,根本不差手機事業部的這一條, 隨便一年幾百億的賠都沒在怕的公司, 就算庫存五百億,其中有10%的死庫存也才五十億, 對比缺貨喪失的商機,根本不算什麼. 尤其三爽,自己擁有零件製造能力, 送禮自用兩相宜,市場成長期時威風得不得了, 但是一旦市場成熟,這堆零件製造事業部門產能沒有出海口, 到時候投入重本進去玩的產線要怎麼辦? 回到HTC,情況就不一樣了, 萬一備貨太大膽,一個不小心半個公司資本額都要虧光, 這個股票又要跌掉多少呀? 再說回供應商關係這件事, 講得好像供應商關係真的是想強化就能強化. 今天Sony耶,人家上上下下多少產品, 手機電視筆電遊戲機, 光這一堆生意,養活了多少零件供應商、組裝廠, 你是供應商你會覺得誰比較重要? 不過hTC真的也不算小咖, 在台灣還是舉足輕重的品牌廠, 真的有心精進圖強,不是不可能重返榮耀, 可惜他們怪對手怪行銷怪消費者怪供應商, 就從來沒想過敵人就在本能寺. 當然啦,最有可能根本不是不知道, 而是有太多不能亂說的事情, 這個我就只能私下自己講講了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.161.161

今天帶老媽去敗了這支， 其他使用上是暫時沒什麼問題， 惟獨就是對ram的剩餘空間感到有點奇怪， 我自己本身是LG G，用內建的軟體看， 正常沒跑任何程式的情況下，都還有剩1.2上下， 最多剩到1.25、1.26， 但是這支LG Gpro，在完全沒跑程式的情況下， 只有剩856，最多看到剩9百多， 點進去看，機子本身就佔了1.15了， 請問這樣是正常的嗎？ 其他使用上倒是沒有什麼太大的問題。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.106.215

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】穿越冬山河魔術表演，今晚9時，在細雨中展開，魔術師李佳峰首先邀請1名台下自願配合女觀眾上舞台，接著請1名在場採訪女記者在左手臂上簽名，藉以證明出現在冬山河對岸是同一人，絕非分身。

9時19分，配合演出女觀眾先走入布廉內，接著魔術師李佳峰跟著進入；李佳峰先是向女觀眾道別，女觀眾身影隨即消失在影幕中，隨後，李佳峰身影也在約3秒時間逐漸消失在影幕中，並在1秒後穿越冬山河，從對岸現場攝影記者後方出現，接著女觀眾也出現在布幔中，完成這項難以置信魔術表演，贏得現場4百位觀眾喝采。
