純中國內需百貨通路概念股大洋百貨(F-大洋)(5907-TW)公布半年報，第2季營收16.77億元，年增5.3%，稅後淨利1.84億元，年增229%，每股盈餘0.92元，年增217%；累計上半年營收35.94億元，年增2.9%，稅後淨利4.29億元，年增32%，每股盈餘2.14元，年增23%，其中營業利益率達15.25%，年增2.46個百分點，單季獲利及每股盈餘仍創下公司歷史以來第2季新高。

F-大洋董事長顏思文表示，營業利益率大幅提升的主因在於，今年來公司持續進行店質改善計畫，已陸續關閉大陸常州、無錫與石家莊3家虧損分店，並有包括福州二店(大洋晶典)等的部份店面轉虧為盈開始進入獲利期；其中關店需認列商譽損失與資產減損，已於2013年第2季全數提列完畢，但單季獲利及每股盈餘仍創下公司歷史以來第2季新高，顯見店質改善效益已經顯現。

顏思文指出，第3季為傳統零售百貨淡季，因此乘機進行內部提檔改裝工程，迎接第4季旺季，內部提檔改裝後有助於帶動消費人潮，進一步提高同店營收成長率與獲利能力，第4季營運表現可望優於往年水準。

顏思文強調，根據中國國家統計局最新公告數據顯示，今年上半年中國社會消費品零售總額較去年同期成長12.7％，城鎮新增就業人數亦增加4.5％達31萬人，因而帶動中國城鎮人均所得成長6.5％，都優於原先預期，充分顯示大陸民眾所得增加所帶動的消費力提升，因此看好第4季營運持續成長的重要基礎。

顏思文進一步表示，為期提高獲利表現，第3季啟動「台灣招商團」計畫，已派任三位高階台籍幹部回台進行招商，希望能尋求與國內具連鎖發展潛力的餐飲與娛樂業者合作，共同到中國發展，除將提供中國經驗與現有16家遍布於大陸浙江、湖南與福建的百貨公司據點進行協助外，並有意參與投資；此外，今年大洋內將再有至少2家分店轉虧為盈，全年可望有包括5大主力店在內的10家分店挹注獲利，在店質改善效益已浮現下，大洋表示明年起將重新啟動展店計畫，目前規劃將會選定大陸福建與湖北省設立百貨公司新據點。

　　上海交通大學世界一流大學研究中心今天(15日)公布「世界大學學術排名」，美國哈佛大學連續11年蟬聯冠軍。

　　2013年「世界大學學術排名」(Academic Ranking of World Universities，ARWU)顯示，前20名中，僅有3所非美國學校，其中英國劍橋大學拿下第五名、牛津大學拿下第10。

　　歐洲大陸地區排名最高的學府是蘇黎世聯邦理工學院(ETH Zurich)，名列第20名。

　　「世界大學學術排名」2003年首次公布，自此以來，哈佛大學就雄踞排行榜冠軍。不過，這份排名曾因過度重視科學研究，忽略人文領域而遭詬病。

　　美國史丹佛大學、加州大學柏克萊分校、麻省理工學院(MIT)也擠進前五名。

　　前10名還包含加州理工學院、普林斯頓大學、哥倫比亞大學和芝加哥大學。

　　這項排名依據諾貝爾獎和費爾茲獎獲獎人數、研究受引用次數和研究人員發表於「自然」(Nature)和「科學」(Science)雜誌研究報告數量等6項指標，評比1,200所大學，並排出前500大。

　　亞太地區學府排名最高的是日本東京大學，排名第21，京都大學排名第26，澳洲墨爾本大學擠進第56名。

　　部分大陸大學擠進前200大，上海復旦大學取代北京大學，成為中國大陸本土第一學府。台灣大學中，排名最高的是台灣大學(101~150)，其次是清華大學(201~300)。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】台股周三開低震盪且收黑，一反先前連2紅，關鍵就在外資昨天轉為期現貨同步做空。由於指數短線無法立即走高，預期將維持低檔盤底格局，至於外資何時轉賣為買，與何時突破8046點關卡，將是多方轉強關鍵。
 
大慶證券指出，蘋果（APPLE）股價於美股周三重回500美元，可望激勵蘋果供應鏈。廣達（2382）第2季獲利創下近9季新低，下半年NB出貨續降，突顯目前PC與NB困境，但因相關個股股價均已修正，因此短線不看淡。
 
傳產股近期主軸以工具機、鋼鐵、中概內需為主，而中國醫用儀器設備展覽將於本月16日登場，短線可望使買盤進駐生技股，建議投資人在操作在不追高原則下，仍以強勢股為主。

【綜合報導】英國街頭上周發生一起嚴重的傷人案件，一名少女與一名80歲老人爆發衝突後，少女將老人推倒並拳打腳踢，老人隨後被送往醫院。

據了解，少女當時除了毆打老人，還向老人吐口水並辱罵。目前當地警方表示暫未知道2人發生衝突的原因，呼籲目擊者提供線索。警方又說這是一件嚴重傷害案件，一經定罪的話最高可被有期徒刑5年。
