行動電源充電問題

各位專家你們好:

我的行動電源 為 SONY 4000mAh 行動電源(CP-A2LS)

我的手機為 SONY LT 28i 電池容量 1900mah

問題: 我使用手機原廠傳輸線 可以 正常將行動電源的電力充到手機裡面

但我在網路上購買 快充線 (只有充電.不能傳輸的線)

接上去後 行動電源只有綠燈一直閃 卻沒辦法將電力充到手機裡面...

快充線接一般電腦usb孔 或充電器 都能讓手機轉成 AC充電 正常充電

為什麼這款行動電源~卻不能用快充線充電呢?
